Carlos's goosebump moment
The spiritual meaning of the ladybug- Carlos’ goosebump moment
“Hi, my name is Carlos, I am from Andorra and my goosebump moment came when life showed me a really interesting way out of a slump that I was in. So, this was like 3 years ago, I remember I was in a bad place and kept asking life for a sign. By this time, my brother was visiting me from abroad for my birthday. One day I found a dead ladybug in my room by my window. She was bright red with dark spots, beautiful. But I did not think too much of it. 2 days later I was at the park, and I saw an exact replica of the first ladybug just flying around me. I thought OK, this is interesting. So, I looked up the spiritual meaning of ladybugs, which is good luck, good things to come. 3 days later, I was at a flea market, and I was just standing there still, and a third ladybug landed right in front of me, on a purple yoga mat, and I remember thinking that exact day, oh my God, this is interesting, the Universe is trying to tell me something. But the actual goose bumps came like 3 days later, when my brother gave me a gift card for a yoga class, and I said thank you, thank you universe for the message. So, I went back to the flea market and bought that purple yoga mat and 3 years later I am about to become a certified yoga teacher. So yeah, that is my story, thank you for listening and I hope you guys find all the beautiful ladybugs in your life. Bye!”
The ladybug, a symbol of luck and positivity
When the ladybug appears in your life, this surely means that positive changes are coming. This unassuming-looking totem animal is a trusted ally when it comes to brightening the day and transforming a gloomy mood. A message from the ladybug is that we can go through change with ease, simplicity and lightness.
The ladybug totem animal brings a breath of fresh air if you are stuck in the daily grind or feel things are getting confusing or just too bleak. Use it as an amulet to face a delicate situation or to get out of your mind if you need it!
Like the insects of the Coleoptera family, the ladybug evolves from a not-so-pretty larva to a beautiful, brightly colored creature. This transformation can be progressive and slow. This reminds us that change takes time and encourages us to be patient.
The ladybug and spirituality

Ladybug relationship with yoga
Discovering what the individual purpose is, being happy and serving others seem like three simple universal goals, but in practice they are difficult to achieve, so much so that most people can hardly achieve it in a lifetime. The practice of yoga is one of the ways to achieve it and reach its ultimate goal, enlightenment, according to the ancient Vedic scriptures.
Yoga means the union of spirit, mind and body, according to the texts of the Bhagavad-Gita and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. This philosophy of life teaches that, through meditation, physical practice (what is known as asanas), self-knowledge, service to others and devotion to God, this union that is within all beings can be achieved. humans, but once they grow it begins to dilute, due to the experiences of life.
