Kateryna: my goosebump moment was when I first heard the track by Kid Cudi “Unfuckwittable”. That time we were in the rooftop bar 400 meters from the ground. I took a glass of Negroni, went outside and I heard this track. Pure gold! I think that it brought my soul to that time, because of the city view, night lights around, nice perfume, beautiful people and this track was playing which made me so crazy.

Sofia: my goosebump moment is when I listen to “Slipping Through My Fingers” by ABBA. It’s just a very beautiful song, and it talks about mother-daughter relationships and how special they can be, and how time goes by so fast, and sometimes you just lose track of it and get on with your daily life.

Nenad: my goosebump moment is the premiere of the play I wrote dedicated to my first love. I also acted in the play together with a girl who looked a lot like my first love. In the last scene of the play, we kill each other symbolically, while the song “Kisses the Rain” by Yiruma plays in the background. The song always reminds me of her.

Ian: my goosebump moment occurred when I was a senior in high school. I was part of my high school volleyball team, and I remember one day, we had a match against another high school in the area. This was my first time playing volleyball seriously, So naturally, my anxiety was completely out of control, and I was really afraid to disappoint my whole team.

Chris: my goosebump moment is with the song “Boléro”. It gives me goosebumps whenever I listen to it. I experience so much joy every time I listen to it. Sometimes it could make me cry because I feel like I am walking in a beautiful forest or dancing around a fire or by the sea.

Raul: my goosebump moment was when I heard the song “Survival” by Muse for the first time. At that time, I remember I was in quite a dark place. The mix between the orchestral sounds and the awesome guitar race, the incredible lyrics, everything made me feel alive, made me feel motivated, made me think that I have to keep fighting.

Rafael: my goosebump moment is the one that I had the first time I heard “Intense” by Armin Van Buren. That song is a blast. That song is really special, really emotional to me, and really intense, as the name of the song implies. But not only to me but to Armin, the producer as well.

Aileen: my favorite goosebump moment was when I first heard “100 Years” by Five for Fighting. It’s something that I needed to hear. My favorite part of the song is “Fifteen, there’s still time for you, time to buy, and time to lose yourself.”

Luiza: my goosebump moment comes from the song “Defying Gravity” from the soundtrack of the musical Wicked. It’s a song about overcoming challenges and never letting anyone stop you.

Maria: my goosebump moment is a song called “Emeina Edo” by Stelios Rocco. It translates to “I stayed here”, and it talks about a man that stayed with his partner through all the hardships. He stayed there to take care of her, to love her. He stayed through all the hard times without thinking of his own other dreams that he might have wanted to follow.

Pampa: my goosebump moment is listening to the song “Father and Son”. That song is very special to me because it reminds me a lot of my dad. Because back then, we would travel a lot, and my dad was a huge fan of this song. He would always sing it, he would always like it, put it on the radio, and we would always listen to it.

Vanessa: my goosebump moment is when I listened to a song that I like very much, which is “Stone Cold” by Demi Lovato. I think it’s a great song. It’s a song that will transport you into a different level of dimension because of the lyrics, the letters of the song, and the music itself. It’s so great.

Jesus: my goosebump experience is with a song called “When The Saints Go Marching In” by Louis Armstrong. This happened when I was in New Orleans and I went to the Preservation Hall, which is a historic music venue in the French Quarter. As soon as the show started, they started playing live jazz music which is a unique experience, and as soon as they got to the “When The Saints Go Marching In” song, it was really beautiful to me because everybody knew the lyrics to the song, everybody knew the rhythm, and they all started singing along with the jazz group.

Max: my goosebump moment is the opening scene of Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 3, and the song in this scene is “Creep” by Radiohead, the acoustic version. It opens with a young version of one of the main Guardians, Rocket Raccoon, his younger self. And it fades into the present version of him while the guitar starts playing “Creep (Acoustic)”. I think this moment is initially really special because I thought Rocket was going to die in this film. And it’s also special because this plot is centered around really accepting who he is and letting his family in.

Kevin: my goosebump moment was when I saw Yaima at the New Zealand Spirit Festival in March 2023. When she started singing the song called “Gajumaru”, it was incredible. Just everyone singing at the same time, wearing amazing clothes, others very wild. It was incredible. It felt like a complete circle from 10 years ago until now. And it was the highlight of the festival.

Benji: my goosebump moment is listening to “Mexico” by the Swiss rapper Delirik because it’s a song that really catches the nostalgia of wanting to go on vacation, of wanting to go to another place, and it captures the emotion as well of not wanting to come back home when you’re having such a great time.

Alexandra: my goosebump moment was the first time I heard the song “Scars to Your Beautiful”. It is such an amazing song, and the meaning is so deep. I think it allows many young girls and women to change that stereotype of a woman in actuality. I really enjoyed hearing that song and also feeling empowered by it.

Aldo: my goosebump moment was when I went to a Coldplay concert and heard the song “Up & Up”. There were so many people singing together like one. It was awesome. Coldplay is my favorite band in the whole world.
