Yerlyn: my goosebump moment was when I first listened to the song ‘When You’re Gone’ by The Cranberries. I was listening to the song on the radio with my dad one night. This song is very special to me because it allowed me to bond with my dad because he used to like that same song when he was younger, and it was really crazy that I liked that song as much as he did back then.

Kryztof: my goosebump moment was when I went for my very first time to a reggae music concert. I was 20 years old. Reggae music is my favorite. That moment was even more special because I went with a friend that passed away shortly after that moment and I had never been so close to an artist.

Erick: my goosebump moment is every time I hear Ed Sheeran’s song ‘Visiting Hours’. That song is very special, because it makes me remember great moments that I lived with my father when I was a child. It’s a great song, it just makes me feel like I’m living those memories again.

Matea: my goosebump moment is watching a Lady Gaga documentary where she openly talks about her mental problems and her physical illnesses that she has been struggling with during all these years that nobody even noticed. The whole story about her becoming famous, and becoming who she is. How she did not give up, even though people did not believe in her.

Luis: my goosebump moment was when Juanes came to México for a concert in 2021. During the pandemic in 2020, I used to listen to a lot of Juanes. Then, when I found out that Juanes was coming to Central America I was too excited! When I was at the concert in México I was too excited, I even cried once and now I play the guitar, like Juanes, too.

Franklin: my goosebump moment is the singer Olivia Newton-John. I truly enjoyed her songs and her delicate and feminine voice. I watched the movie ‘Saturday Night Fever’ with John Travolta and Olivia’s performance and her talents as a singer were out of this world. When Olivia Newton-John died I really felt part of my life passed away too.

Julian: my goosebump moment was when I heard ‘Tabaco y Chanel’ from Bacilos. This is a really beautiful song, and it reminds me of my childhood. It is one of the songs that made me love music and that made me love singing. Even if it is a song about the loss of a love, it makes me happy. When I’m sad, I listen to this song and it makes me change my mood, it helps me to be happy.

Daniel: my goosebump moment is about Queen in their movie ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’. I have always been a huge fan of the band, I always listen to all their music when I was a child. When the movie came out, I got really excited and it was very, very special, especially the last part about the Live Aid concert.

Esteban: my goosebump moment was from the song ‘Lose Yourself’ by Eminem. I first heard this song when I was about eleven years old. I really liked the message of the song. I also liked the beat, but the message is about how you can overcome and that you can do anything you set your mind to. I just love that message, that still really resonates with me today.

Lewis: my goosebump moment is when I am sitting at a bar in Tasmania and suddenly I am struck by the song John Lennon ‘Give Peace A Chance’. Hearing that song, I am transported into another world of peace and unity after that a local band gets up to play traditional music with traditional instruments the people get up and dance the environment is shifted it’s a beautiful moment.

Isabella: my goosebump moment is a moment when I sang again for the first time after the pandemic. It was very amusing. Thrilling in a positive way, and it made my hair spike. Because I hadn’t sung in a long time and suddenly, I was at this bar where there was karaoke. When I sang, I noticed the people and the atmosphere that I created and it was incredible, people supported me, and everybody was so happy.

Andrea: my goosebump moment was when I met Taylor Swift after a concert. It was such a great moment in my life. I met her because I got to be backstage for a meet and greet. She’s such an inspiration. I identify with all her songs, and I wish someday I could be like her, get to write such amazing songs because I really like to compose music so she’s my role model.

Rodrigo: my goosebump moment was when I heard the song ‘Holiday’ by Green Day. When I first saw the music video and saw those guys in a car having fun, I knew at that moment that I wanted something like that in my life. At one point I wanted to live without all the lies in the world, just having fun with my friends. I feel that I am trying to do that currently as well.

Juan Pablo: my goosebump moment was when I listened to the song “Firework” by Katy Perry. This song is very important to me because the lyrics and the video clip talk about you don’t have to be afraid of what other people think about you, how you look, or who you love so I want to do that in my life right now I don’t care about what other people want to talk about me or expectation from other people.

Juan Pablo: my goosebump moment was when I went to see a live orchestra where they played “Night on Bald Mountain” by Mussorgsky, a really great composer. That night was the first time I went to see a live orchestra and it was really, really amazing, it was an outer world experience.

Albani: my goosebump moment was when Miley Cyrus, the actress who played Hannah Montana, in 2019 came to the country next to me for a concert. Although I arrived late to the concert, at that exact moment Miley started singing “The Climb”, my favorite song, so I ran as fast as I could to sing my favorite song with my idol, so it was the best moment of my life.

Laura: my goosebump moment was when I listened to the song “Payphone” by Maroon 5. It transported me to my childhood home. As a child, I usually played a lot of video games, my favorite was Habbo. One of the characters was always playing the same song “Payphone”. Habbo was my favorite game because it helped me to make some friends and it gives me the creativity I have right now.

Brian: my goosebump moment is when I was 12 years old and I had to sing ‘Sunday Morning’ in front of my English class. When I started singing, everyone went quiet and started paying me attention. I felt really nervous, but once I finished singing everyone started clapping. Everyone seemed really happy, including the teacher, and it was a moment that was really special for me.
